Introduction

We had rolled out an MVP postcode tool which gained significant traction within six months, with several thousand hits from care home managers. It was clear that a further iteration would be instrumental in converting these leads and enabling clients to visualise the value Florence provides, split out by criteria and focus areas such as Social Care, NHS etc.

Overview

The tool allows prospective clients to define search criteria regarding the type of carers they need, and then shows the number of carers in their location with a redacted list. Clients can toggle their search criteria further in this view, and see details such as skills matched and ratings, establishing trust and showcasing the quality of care Florence provides. The core CTA here leads to a demo of the product and facilitates contacting our onboarding team.

When clients do finally onboard with Florence, they’ll see a continuation of this journey on the very first screen after login, where the same type of carers they had shown interest in are now available to instantly book for a shift.
